About The Book

For nearly 30 years, I have been trying to bring this project to life. Throughout that journey, countless observers of my work have encouraged me to publish this book.

This poetic autobiography is an exploration of what it means to live as your authentic self without fear of societal backlash. It is about standing outside the norm, questioning the pressures that shape our identities, and reclaiming the human essence that can become obscured by modern technological ways of life.

As society grows increasingly dependent on systems, automation, and external validation, this book serves as a reminder that humanity cannot be reduced to efficiency, economics, or social rewards. Through personal reflection and poetic storytelling, it challenges readers to reconnect with their individuality, compassion, and inner truth.

At its heart, this work is a call to remember that being fully human is more important than fitting in, accumulating status, or pursuing material gain.

The reason for writing this book wasn’t to just simply be to tell my story, but to preserve and communicate a perspective that I feel is being lost.

I have spent decades observing how people suppress parts of themselves to gain acceptance, status, or security.

When producing this body of work, I wanted to demonstrate, through my own experiences, what it costs to remain authentic when society rewards conformity; while giving my readers permission to be different, especially those who feel isolated because they do not fit prevailing social norms.

I see this poetry autobiography as a way to communicate truths that facts and arguments alone cannot fully express. Writing this book gave me the opportunity to leave behind a record of my insights and experiences for future generations.
